Escaped Semifinals, Double Men Open Opportunity Indonesia

Badminton news - Indoneia's mission to win the title in public is potentially fulfilled. At least there is an opportunity to win Indonesia Open Super Series Premier 2017 from men's doubles.

This opportunity comes after the pair Fajar Alfian / Muhammad Rian Ardianto qualify for the semifinals. Both of them successfully melibas representatives of Thailand Kedren Kittinupong / Dechapol Puavaranukroh 21-13, 18-21, and 21-12 at the Jakarta Convention Center, Friday (16/06/2017).

Dawn / Rian is indeed the last pedestal of Indonesia in men's doubles after eight other couples falling. However, it is not a burden for both. Evidently, they look pretty good.

Dawn / Rian is quite dominant in the first game. Both are always superior to the acquisition of numbers until finally winning 21-13. However, the second game, the representative of Indonesia is seen off guard. It utilized Kedren / Dechapol to force a third game.

In this decisive game, Fajar / Rian seems reluctant to repeat the mistake. They try to suppress and not let the opponent develop the game. Finally, victory can be achieved.

But, Dawn / Rian can not relax yet. You see, second seed Danish origin, Mathias Boe / Carsten Mogensen is waiting. They escaped after winning 24-22, 19-21, 21-13 over Bodin Isara / Nipitphon Phuangphuapet from Thailand.

At least, the results recorded Fajar / Rian much better than last season. You see, in the 2016 edition, there is no single Indonesian men who qualify for the semifinals. That is, it is to be proud of.
